摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展，人们对铁路运输的要求也在随之提高。当前我国高速铁路规划建设里程不断增加，为了确保线路提速与铁路运行安全的实际需要，大量的新技术在铁路工程建设施工过程中被应用，从而提高了铁路施工质量和施工效率。但在施工管理过程中仍存在一些问题，这是由于在施工管理过程中使用传统的施工管理方式所导致的。本文介绍了铁路建设的意义，详细分析了当前铁路工程建设施工管理中的问题，并针对这些问题提出了铁路建设工程管理的对策，供相关工作人员参考。
