本文论述了采用建筑信息模型技术的历史建筑保护手段，介绍了建筑信息模型在历史建筑保护中的问题，优势以及未来可以改进的方向。完善BIM技术，为历史建筑的信息共享和集成化管理提供理论方法和技术平台，为历史建筑保护和开发利用提供科学的决策依据。
