摘要
下沉广场、下沉庭院、下沉通道等下沉区域，时常暴雨时被淹，不仅带来了巨大的财产损失，还频繁导致人员伤亡。下沉区域的雨水排水，关系我们的生活和财产安全，适合采用故障理论，充分考虑排水系统各部分可能发生的故障，采用经济合理的方法去优化设计，对于减少水淹事故发生的概率，减少财产损失或人员伤亡，具有很重要的意义。
