摘要
面对铁路预制梁场大型设备比较多且相对集中的特点，在传统设备管理中，存在人为因素影响导致设备违章操作、维修保养不及时等现象。利用装备物联网信息系统，实现设备运转信息自动采集，违章操作报警，维保提醒等自动化功能，提高设备管理效率。
