城市地下综合管廊运维管理探讨

当前,社会各界对综合管廊的重视程度越来越高,但我国管廊建设的时间还比较短,国内针对综合管廊运维管理方面的研究还比较少,尚未形成一套完整、成熟的运维管理技术体系。为此,本文主要介绍了 GIS 技术和 BIM 技术相结合的可视化运维管理、机器人巡检技术及统一运维管理平台的建设等相关技术的运用及研发现状,进而分析了相关技术的运用、研究方向。现阶段我国综合管廊管理中还存在着协调管理困难,相关的法律、法规不健全等问题,同时对高水平的运维管理人才的需求,也是提升管廊运维管理水平的关键。在综合管廊运行管理过程中,提升相关运营单位的工作效率和管理水平,探索更加合理的运营管理模式,使综合管廊的优势充分发挥作用。
At present, the social circles pay more and more attention to the comprehensive corridor, but the time of the construction of thecorridor in China is still relatively short, and the domestic research on the management of integrated corridor and maintenance is still relativelysmall, and a complete and mature technology system of operation and maintenance management has not been formed. Therefore, this papermainly introduces the application and research status of GIS technology and BIM technology, such as visual operation and maintenancemanagement, robot patrol technology and unified operation and maintenance management platform, and then analyzes the application andresearch direction of related technologies. At the present stage, there are some problems in the management of the comprehensivemanagement corridor in China, such as the difficulties of coordination management, the unsound laws and regulations, and the need for highlevel operation and maintenance management personnel, which is also the key to improve the management level of the management andmaintenance of the corridor. In the operation and management of the comprehensive corridor, the efficiency and management level of therelated operating units are promoted, and a more reasonable operation and management model is explored to make the advantages of thecomprehensive corridor fully play a role.Key words: integrated corridor; intelligentization; operation and maintenance management.
