浅谈四川省“国家核技术利用辐射安全管理系统”现状及对策

摘要
针对四川省“国家核技术利用辐射安全管理系统”的使用现状,提出了在立法上完善系统填报制度,明确市、县环保部门的监管职责等的建议与对策。
Abstract
This paper describes legal responsibility and assessment methods and results of the State nuclear technology useof radiation safety management system. The author proposes some recommendations and countermeasures such as perfecting system in legislation, allowing diversification of the annual assessment of radiation safety and clearing thesupervisory duties of city and county environmental protection department.
