用电检查工作面临的窃电问题及反窃电技术分析

摘要
在电力作业蓬勃发展的今天，窃电现象一向存在，窃电问题是供电企业日常运营过程中面对的重要问题。从目前来说主要是由于基础设施不完善导致我国装表接电过程中依然存在电表缺点和窃电问题等，我国对与电力企业的日常作业和处理功率产生了直接的影响。本文主要是对于窃电问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决措施，从源头上保证用电安全，最大程度上阻止窃电现象的发生。使人们日常日子和作业中的用电质量和安全得到了保证。
Abstract
This paper starts with the existing lightning protection and grounding technologies, analyzes and discusses the applicationmethods applicable to the lightning protection and grounding systems of large-scale photovoltaic power plants, and explains how to reduce thegrounding resistance.
