工程项目管理在建筑施工中发挥着重要的作用，因此，在进行建筑施工时，我们一定要重视该项工作的重要性， 提高对它的关注度，从而保障建筑施工企业能在规定的预算和制定的时间内， 顺利的完成工程进度， 进而保证它能 够获得良好的社会效益以及经济效益，进一步地提高该企业的综合竞争力。本文谈一下业主方的视角下医院工程项目管理的要点。
