基于隧道仰拱和填充分开施工的自带曲模自行式仰拱栈桥研制及应用

摘要
传统隧道仰拱施工过程中，采用简易仰拱栈桥施工，且多数施工过程中仰拱与填充不能实现分开浇筑工艺。本文介绍了自带曲模的自行式仰拱液压栈桥，施工中仰拱开挖、仰拱混凝土、填充混凝土分三个区域流水施工，满足了仰拱与填充分开浇筑的要求。工程实践证明，自带曲模自行式仰拱栈桥施工工艺满足要求，安全可靠，经济便捷。
Abstract
During the traditional tunnel invert construction whichthe invert and fill can not be separated pouring, traditional invert trestleshave been used. This paper introduces the self curve-model inverttrestles which invert excavation, invert concrete, filled concrete workingin three areas, and it meets the requirement of the inverted arch and thefilling separately construction. Engineering practice certificate that theself invert trestles can meet the requirements. It’s safe and reliable,economical and convenient.
