摘要

介绍了PDCA循环的相关知识,并分析了其应用于高速铁路项目质量控制的意义。通过对高速铁路CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道施工工序的分析,以PDCA循环质量控制理论为基础,将理论的各个阶段分别与施工流程紧密结合,重点研究施工工艺质量控制要点,论证得出PDCA循环应用于高速铁路轨道工程施工质量控制是可行的。

Abstract

Based on PDCA Cycle in High Speed Railway Ballast-less TrackConstruction Quality Control ResearchAbstract: Relational knowledge of PDCA cycle was introduced,and the significance was analyzed when PDCA cycle was applied toquality control of the high-speed railway project. Through the case studyof the CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballast-less track construction process ofhigh-speed railway and based on the quality control theory of the PDCAcycle, and combined all stages of the theory with construction processclosely, focused on the quality control points of construction process, thedemonstration come that the PDCA cycle applied to the quality controlof the high-speed railway engineering construction is feasible.
