公路路面在长时间受到重力压力的情况下，会造成不同程度的路面受损情况，因此对路面进行大、中、小修工程也是常见中的事情。另外就是由于在公路路面施工过程中施工技术不到位，为后期的正常使用埋下了一定的安全隐患，从而使路面出现了质量性的问题，本文就是详细的分析了沥青公路路面大修工程的技术监理和质量监理工作的开展。
