摘要
本文针对沥青路面裂缝修补施工中现场制胶存在称量不准,制胶效率低、灌缝设备压力控制不精确、压力不持续等影响施工效率与施工质量的问题,通过引入先进的自动化控制技术,设计了一套集制胶、灌缝一体的智能型沥青路面裂缝修补设备,该设备可根据制胶量、配合比、搅拌工艺、灌缝压力等预设要求实现制胶、灌缝的全过程自动化,可极大提高施工效率,保证施工质量。
Abstract
In this paper,asphalt pavement repair constructionsite exists glue weighing not allowed,Glue inefficient,equipmentof pouring pressure control inaccurate,such as pressure does notcontinued affect the efficiency of construction and construction qualityproblems,Through the introduction of advanced automatic controltechnology,Designed a set of rubber,pouring one intelligent asphaltpavement crack repair equipment,which can be based on the amountof glue,mix,mixing process,pouring pressure required to achievepre-glue,pouring the whole process automation,can greatly improveconstruction efficiency,ensure quality.
