摘要
银川丽兴桥上跨六股道既有铁路,线路运输繁忙,施工安全风险极大,钢管拱桥传统的支架法、缆索吊法、悬臂拼装法、转体法等施工方法均不适合该拱桥施工,这就需要研究寻求一种能够极大的降低施工风险、加快施工进展、安全可靠的施工方法。通过广泛研究,提出钢管拱桥整体吊装施工技术,成功解决了既有线施工难题,化解了工程安全风险,确保了拱桥线型和施工质量安全。
Abstract
Yinchuan Lixing Bridge overpasses an existing six-track railway with busy transportation,hence inducing great risks in constructionsafety,the traditional construction methods for steel pipe arch bridge such as the scaffolding method,the cable hoisting method,the cantilever assemblymethod and the rotating method are not applicable for the construction of this bridge,which raises the need to seek for a safe and reliable constructionmethod that can reduce the construction risks and accelerate the construction progress.The construction technology of integral hoisting of concrete-filledsteel pipe arch bridge was proposed via extensive research,which successfully overcomes the difficulty in construction interfering with an existing line,defused the engineering safety risks and insured the linear shape of arch bridge and the construction quality and safety
