摘要
蒙内铁路项目是在肯尼亚境内的一个大型的EPC海外工程项目，由于肯尼亚当地物资相对匮乏，蒙内铁路项目所需要的大部分物资严重依赖进口，因此进口物资的清关工作将直接影响到整个项目的施工进展。本文详细介绍了免税物资进口通关、内陆运输以及完税的相关内容，为项目制订合理的清关方案提供有利参考。
Abstract
As a huge overseas EPC project in Kenya，a majority of the materials and equipment of Mombasa-Nairobi standard railway project areseriously dependent on import due to a relatively material constraint in Kenya；thus the customs clearance shall exert a direct influence on the wholeprogress of the project.This article，by analyzing the customs clearance，transportation and paying taxes of duty free materials in details，aims toformulate a proper and reasonable customs clearance scheme as a reference to the project.
