摘要
在社会经济不断的发展下，人们要求也是更高，城镇化的进程已经成为我国时代发展与经济发展地象征。土木工程的施工作为城市建筑过程中的脊梁，但是在勘察、设计、施工过程中的高污染和高消耗严重破坏了我们的生态环境，因此本文就土木工程建筑施工过程中出现的环保管理工作的问题及其现状，根据相关规定及环保重点在解决问题的策略和措施上进行了探索。
Abstract

Civil engineering construction as the backbone in theprocess of urban construction, but in the process of survey, design, andconstruction of high pollution and high consumption severely damagedour ecological environment, so in this paper, the civil engineeringconstruction in the process of environmental problems and status quoof management, in accordance with the relevant provisions and keyenvironmental protection on the strategies and measures to solve theproblem.
