摘要
“新农村建设”“美丽乡村”等概念陆续被提出，逐渐引起人们的广泛重视。在农村建设中，新农村民居建筑的生态性逐渐引起人们的重视。水利开发、环境保护也成为新农村生态性民居建设需要考虑和解决的问题。
