摘要
在我国城镇化发展迅速的基础上，市政工程在城市建设中发挥的作用十分重要，本文主要研究了市政工程管理过程中的不足之处，并针对性的分析了其中的问题，对于市政工程的质量来说，管理的水平发挥着重要的作用，本文就如何有效提高市政工程的管理水平提出了一系列的解决策略，从而实现提高市政工程管理水平的最终目的，确保市政工程的顺利开展和完工。
