随着城市地下空间的开发越来越多,盾构法的运用越来越多。但是在砂卵石地层中掘进,扭矩大,土压难以控制,刀具磨损严重,开仓换刀危险大等给盾构施工带来很多困难;为了更好的适应砂卵石地层盾构施工,根据北京海淀 500KV 电缆隧道工程三标的土压平衡盾构在砂卵石地层中的实际经验,提出了膨润土发酵系统和膨润土泵送、砂浆泵送系统的概念,节约了膨润土车和砂浆车的使用,节约了工序衔接时间,对砂卵石地层的盾构掘进有一定的促进作用,具有一定的推广意义。
