?道路和桥梁是交通运输系统当中不可分割的一个整体，桥梁质量的好坏直接影响整条道路的质量和运营安全。科学可靠的桥梁质量和运行安全检测技术对推动我国桥梁建设水平，确保桥梁的施工质量，提高建设投资效益均有重要的现实意义。援尼泊尔国家武警学院项目对尼泊尔军事项目高度重视，主动对项目的二座室外桥梁进行安全质量检测。
Abstract
Roads and Bridges was one integral part of thetransportation system, and the quality of the bridge directly affectsthe quality and operation safety of the whole road. Scientific andreliable bridge quality and operation safety inspection technology haveimportant practical significance to promote the construction level ofbridge, to ensure the construction quality of the bridge and to improvethe construction investment benefit. The project of Nepal nationalarmed police academy attaches great importance to the military projectof Nepal, and actively conducts safety quality inspection of the twooutdoor Bridges of the project.
