摘要

目前应用最广泛的建筑结构体系为钢筋混凝土结构,而此结构体系中各项弊端逐渐显现,尤其表现在对资源浪费和环境的破坏,与十九大提出“必须树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,坚持节约资源和保护环境的基本国策”相违背,在此基本国策影响下,装配式建筑的发展有着历史的必然性和趋向性,而钢架结构作为装配式建筑的主要结构体系,具有施工快、安装方便、抗震性能好、重量轻、节约能耗、寿命长等诸多优点。如何将钢架结构的优点在装配式建筑中体现出来,使之更加节能环保、方便实用是一个很重要的问题。然而钢架结构的寿命、受力特点、拼接方式及整体模块的搭接,钢架结构屋面墙的保温隔热等问题均与装配式建筑未来的发展有着巨大的联系,如何正确处理和解决此类问题是未来钢架结构装配式建筑发展的重要一步,也是保障未来装配式建筑普及应用的关键研究过程。

Abstract

At present,the widest use of building structure isreinforced concrete structure, and various drawbacks graduallyappeared in this structure system, especially in the resource waste andenvironmental damage. And it goes against the principle of "Green waterand green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, and thebasic state policy of saving resources and protecting the environment"proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina. Under the influence of this basic state policy, the developmentof prefabricated buildings is of historical inevitability and tendency.And the main structure system of prefabricated building is steel framestructure which has many advantages.Such as, fast construction,convenient installation, good seismic performance, light weight, energysaving and long service life.It is very important to figure out how toshow the advantages of steel frame structure in prefabricated building,such as energy-saving, environment protection, convenience andpracticability. The problems connecting with the service span of steelstructure, mechanical characteristics, splicing method and the overallpatternof steel structure, heat insulation and heat preservationof steel-roofed walls have great connections with the further developmentof prefabricated construction.How to properly handle and solvesuch problems is an important step in the development of buildingprefabricated steel structure. What’s more, it’s a key of researchprocess to guarantee future prefabricated construction used widely
