摘要
工程量的计算，是 BIM?5D 实施的首要工作。本文研究了广联达、斯维尔等算量软件对三维模型的要求，以 Revit 为依托，结合国家清单工程量计算规范和河南省建设工程定额，制定了《Revit 建模与算量模型交互规范》，为基于 BIM 技术的三维算量及造价管理提供技术基础。
Abstract
Calculation quantities is a priority for 5D BIM. Thispaper studies the requirements of 3D model for the calculation softwareGCL and THS-3D. Based on Revit, the national inventory calculationstandard and the construction engineering quota of Henan Province,the author has developed the 《Revit Modeling and Calculation ModelInteraction Specification》, providing technical basis for 3D calculationand cost management based on BIM technology.
