自动售票机纸币找零单元固定方式研究与优化改造

摘要
南宁地铁 1 号线自动售票机纸币找零单元采用两侧封闭固定方式，在两侧封闭的钣金件内采取上吊式的安装方法（底部悬空），针对该固定方式对该模块的日常维护保养及故障处理产生的影响，提出对纸币找零单元固定方式进行技术改造，并取得了一定成效。
Abstract
The ticket vending machines on Nanning Metro Line 1adopt a dual-side sealing mechanism to fix their cash-changing units.A cash-changing unit is installed inside a dual-side sealed sheet metalcomponent, with a hanging style (bottom dangling). Aiming at thisfixing mechanism's effects on units maintenance and troubleshooting,we proposed a technical reform of fixing mechanism and have achievedcertain improvements.
