摘要
简要分析了轨道车辆用铝合金车窗原有边框结构存在的一些问题:密封可靠性不高、安装不方便、效率低。本文对原有铝合金车窗结构存在的上述结构缺陷进行了阐述,并提出了新结构形式的车窗边框和专用安装夹具,在保证车窗密封可靠性的同时,提高了生产效率,减少人工费用,并且降低了劳动强度。
Abstract
This paper briefly analyzes some problems existingin the original frame structure of aluminum alloy window for railvehicles: the poor sealing, the inconvenience installation , and thelow efficiency. In this paper, the defects of the original aluminumalloy window structure are expounded, and the frame of thenew structure window and the special installation fixture areput forward, which can improve the production efficiency whileensuring the reliability of the window sealing, and reduce laborcosts and labor strength.
