摘要

针对23栋典型的高层公共建筑用水调查及测试表明,在调查的办公楼,宾馆,医院三类建筑中,人均月用水单耗均存在一定程度超定额现象,用水浪费较普遍。建筑用途、配水点水压、人均建筑面积、建筑使用年限、器具节水水平等都会对水耗产生影响。在给水系统设计中应通过控制配水点水压,提高建筑面积利用率,合理选择节水器具并对老旧公共建筑中用水器具和管网进行更换改造等措施降低建筑水耗,促进绿色建筑发展。

Abstract

Surveys and tests on 23 high-rise public building waterconsumption law were conducetd in Suqian. Results indicate thatthe monthly per capita water consumption exceed water use quota tosome extend is a common phenomenon in all the three kind of officebuildings, hotel buildings , hospital buildings, this results waste ofwater. Building use, pressure on water distribution point, per capitabuilding area, years of the building used, water saving performance ofwater apparatus will have an effect on water consumption. Therefore,measures such as controlling water distribution point pressure,improving the utilization rate of construction area, using water-savingequipments, changing old water apparatus as well as and restoring pipenetwork in some old building in water supply system should be take toreduce water consumption in high-rise public building, thus, promotethe development of green building.
