某电厂大坝渗漏排水系统调试故障分析及处理

摘要
抽排水系统经过多年的发展,整体技术已经成熟。本文针对某电厂大坝渗漏排水系统调试过程中出现的设备异常等问题进行探讨,重点分析排水泵运行中震动过大造成继电器烧损、变频器启停与泵控阀的时间配合不当造成管路憋压破裂、设备启动不成功。并针对上述异常情况提出了解决方法。
Abstract
After many years of development, the overall technologyhas matured. This paper discusses the equipment anomaly in the processof debugging the leakage drainage system of a dam in a power plant.Emphasis analysis pump operation vibration caused by excessive relayburn, frequency converter start and stop and pump control valve timingdue to improper failure of pipe compression rupture, equipment start-upis not successful. Some solutions are proposed for the above anomalies.
