摘要
长大水下隧道随着区域经济的快速发展，需求量逐步递增，区域重要性逐步凸显，运营管理压力逐步提升。由于长大水下隧道建设起步晚、数量少、标准及规范不完备，运营安全管理经验欠缺。本研究以南京两条长江隧道为例，重点分析长大水下隧道运营工况预控措施，研究交通事故、火灾、违禁车辆闯关、结构灾害等典型工况的应急管理。研究成果可为长大水下隧道运营工况指挥调度和应急处置提供建议与指导。
Abstract
Withtherapiddevelopmentofregionaleconomy,thedemandforthelongunderwatertunnelisgraduallyincreasing,theregionalimportanceisgraduallyhighlighted,andthepressureofoperationandmanagementisgraduallyincreased.Duetothegrowingupofunderwatertunnelconstructionstartinglate,lessquantity,standardsandspecificationsarenotcomplete,lackofoperationsafetymanagementexperience.TakingthetwoYangtzerivertunnelsinnanjingasexamples,thisstudyfocusedontheanalysisofthepre-controlmeasuresoftheoperatingconditionsofthelongunderwatertunnel,andstudiedtheemergencymanagementoftypicaloperatingconditionssuchastrafficaccidents,fires,forbiddenvehiclesrunningthroughcustoms,andstructuraldisasters.Theresultscanprovideadviceandguidancefortheoperatingconditionofunderwatertunnelsandoperationsandemergencydisposal.
