复杂体型超限高层建筑抗震设防工程实践探讨

摘要
随着我国高层建筑数量逐年增多,基于建筑使用功能的多种需求,A级高度的复杂体型超限高层建筑结构的设计理论得到了发展,工程结构设计经验日益积累。文章从复杂体型超限高层建筑结构的界定、抗震性能目标的确定、设计指标、加强措施等方面进行论述,总结了复杂体型超限高层建筑工程结构设计和施工图审查经验。以期对结构设计人具有借鉴意义,对施工图审查人员提供参考。
Abstract
Withtheincreasingtallbuildinginourcountry,moreandmorevariousrequirementshavebecomeincreasinglyforbuildingfunctions.Thetheoryofstructuraldesignhasbeendeveloping,someexperiencesareobtainedbyengineeringpracticetheseyearsfortallbuildingwithcomplexshapeanddesignbeyondthecodelimits;thetallbuildingisnothigherAlevel.Thedefinitionoftallbuildingwithdesignbeyondthecodelimitshasbeendiscussed.Theseismicperformanceobjectiveswerereasonablyselectedcorrespondingtotheseismiclevels.Thedesignindexandsometargetedmeasureshavebeenexplained.Finally,thispapersummarizesdevelopmentexperiencesofstructuraldesignandconstructionplanreview.Worksinthispapercanprovideusefulinformationfordesignandconstructionplanreviewoftallbuildingwithcomplexshapeanddesignbeyondthecodelimits.
