摘要

海绵城市理论是当今解决城市雨洪内涝问题,构建城市可持续,健康水循环系统的有效的新发展理念,研究海绵城市理论结合绍兴建设特点进行探索,有效发挥绍兴市地理与自然的优势,打造绍兴“海绵体”,完善城市雨洪管理系统,提高水资源品质,实现建设国家“园林城市”目标

Abstract

The Sponge city theory is a development concept tosolve urban rain flood and waterlogging that which build a sustainableand healthy water recycling system in cities. Researching and exploringon the theory with the characteristics of Shaoxing . Giving full play tothe geographical and natural advantages of Shaoxing , Making Shaoxing"sponge", Improving water quality and perfecting the urban rain floodcontrol system to realize the goal of building the national "garden city".
