首钢贵钢通过采用优质的废钢及生铁配比，调整最佳的精炼渣系，并对钢水进行两次 VD 真空处理，保证足够的软吹时间，注重良好的保护浇铸，通过两次 VD 处理，尽量多去除气体及夹杂物的工艺，以实现生产出合格的 EA4T 车轴钢。
Abstract
Guiyang special steel of capital steel group by adopting high quality ratio of steel scrap and pig iron，adjust the best refining slagsystem，and the molten steel are two VD vacuum treatment，ensure enough soft blowing time，pay attention to the protection of good casting，through two VD process，inclusion removal of gases and the process as much as possible，in order to realize to produce qualified EA4T steel axle.
