摘要

本文从生态学角度出发,并在基因表达、蛋白质(酶)活性、产物合成等方面,综述了不同的环境因子对银杏黄酮的发生(环境诱导)和调控、产出效率以及生物量与次生代谢产物的积累量的影响。同时,讨论了初生、次生代谢对环境因子响应之间的矛盾、各个环境因子间的协同作用以及环境因子与遗传因子对黄酮积累量的影响。从而为我国以黄酮作为经济产物的银杏林的商业化栽植提供理论依据。

Abstract

In this paper, the ginkgo flavonoids are reviewed interms of gene expression, protein (enzyme) activity, product synthesisfrom the perspective of ecology. To summarize the effects of differentenvironmental factors on the occurrence of ginkgo flavonoids(environment-induced) and regulation, output efficiency and theaccumulation of biomass and secondary metabolites. At the sametime, we discussed the contradiction between primary metabolism andsecondary metabolism related to environmental factors. And discussedthe synergy effects, effect of environmental factors and genetic factorson the accumulation of flavonoids. Thus we can provide a theoreticalbasis for the commercial planting of ginkgo trees with flavones in ourcountry.
