摘要
目前住房的问题不管是建筑分项工程还是室内装修后的空气质量都被爆出很多问题，文章按照标准和质量管理体系对毛坯房的验房的过程进行人机料法环的分析，并延伸当下住房质量问题，浅谈住宅套内检测工作。
Abstract
The problem of housing construction item no matterindoor air quality or Building component project have been reportedrecently, the article according to the standards and quality managementsystem ， intrduce the progree of inspection of house dewlling processfrom human resource， equipment ，material，method to analysisthe ring, and extend the present housing quality problems, mainlyintroduction inspection /testing work.
