摘要
某公司一台固定式起重机在进行作业时,由于起重臂主弦杆与腹板连接部位存在较大的局部应力,在长期运行中形成疲劳裂缝并逐步扩展。主弦杆裂穿后,局部刚性消弱,在启停动力作用下凹陷,最终引起起重臂垮塌。通过对现场和实际分析,运用应力分析事故发生原因并获得结论。
Abstract
When a company is fixed crane is operating, there is alarge local stress in the connection between the main chord and the webof the boom, which creates fatigue cracks and gradually expands duringlong-term operation. After the main chord is cracked, the local rigidityweakens, and it sags under the action of the start-stop power, eventuallycausing the boom to collapse. Through on-site and actual analysis, thecause of the accident was analyzed using stress and the conclusion wasobtained.
