摘要
变电运维值班员肩负着变电站设备的运行、检查、维护、倒闸操作以及事故处理等各项任务，其中，倒闸操作是其中的一项重要工作，倒闸操作是一种项目多、复杂的工作，包含有设备的一次回路和二次回路的操作，项目达几十项乃至上百项，倒闸操作是否能够顺利进行关系着电网的安全运行，也关系着运维人员的生命安全，因此有必要对其进行探讨。
Abstract
:This paper briefly introduces the concept of lowtemperature floor radiant heating system.From the design of lowtemperature floor radiant heating system，the calculation of the heatload，heat transfer of the floor structure，heat source and energy savingare reviewed.The research history of thermal comfort is described.The author proposes that the exploration of floor structural layers andthermal storage materials is the key development direction in the future.
