Prefabricated buildings are an inevitable requirement forthe country to achieve resource conservation and scientific development,and are now showing a booming trend in the country. By investigating,collecting and drawing on the latest assembled architectural designresults, combined with the actual urbanization construction in Nanning,the architectural design and design research are carried out for the newrural construction assembly houses, and determined the layout of ruralassembly houses in Nanning. The forward BIM research is carried outon the basis of the size of the residential building and the priority size ofeach structural part. The building information model (BIM) of the housewas built by using PKPM-BIM software, and the size information of therelevant component parts was obtained. The structural dimensions ofthe fabricated houses are designed, which provides a reference for thesubsequent structural design.
