摘要
预决算审核作为建筑工程重要组成部分，具有复杂性、系统性特点，贯穿建筑工程始终，技术性要求较高。因此，在实际工程预决算中时常出现相应问题，影响工程整体运行，单位怎样进行问题分析并制定解决方案成为主要研究内容。对此，笔者结合实践研究，对工程预决算审核常见问题展开分析并提出解决方法，为建筑工程提供参考。
Abstract
s an important part of construction project, the auditingof forecast and final accounts is complicated and systematic, which runsthrough the construction project and has high technical requirements.Therefore, in the actual project budget and final accounts, there areoften corresponding problems, which affect the overall operation of theproject. How the unit conducts problem analysis and formulate solutionshas become the main research content. To this end, the author combinesthe practice research, carries on the analysis to the project forecast finalaccount to examine the common problem and puts forward the solution,provides the reference for the construction project.
