摘要
在钢结构制造中,钢结构构件的焊缝存在全熔透与部分熔透,在实际生产中因开坡口的设备更新,先进的设备可快速开全熔透坡口;为加快生产效率,本文通过现场数据及理论分析,比较部分熔透坡口变更为全熔透坡口,在钢结构制造成本与时间上的研究分析。根据经济的生产方式提供了计算模型,以供现场生产择优选择。
Abstract
In the steel structure manufacturing, the weld of thesteel structure has full penetration and partial penetration. In theactual production, the advanced equipment can quickly open the fullpenetration slope because of the equipment renewal of the openinggroove. In order to speed up the production efficiency, this papercompares some of the penetration bevel to the full penetration slopethrough the field data and theoretical analysis. Research and Analysis onthe cost and time of structure manufacturing. According to the mode ofeconomic production, a calculation model is provided for site selection.
