摘要
本文本文介绍了汽车设计及制造过程中尺寸工程的应用，并针对尺寸链计算、RPS 系统、GD&T 标准，夹具检具设计规范进行阐述，结合现有车型，将理论与实际相结合，提出确保门盖 DTS 工作开展的设计意见及管控重点。
Abstract
In this paper，this paper introduces the application ofdimension engineering vehicle design and manufacturing process，andfor the calculation of dimension chain，RPS system，GD&T standardfixture fixture design specifications are described，combined with theexisting models，theory and practice the combination is proposed toensure that the design ideas and key control door cover DTS work.
