摘要
近年来我国水利工程隧道施工项目在数量和规模等方面均表现出明显的上升趋势，要发挥水利工程隧道项目建设的预期目的，就需要对施工质量与安全管理予以高度关注，在此背景下，本文为对推动我国水利工程隧道施工水平提升，使其达到建设的预期目的，针对水利工程隧道施工质量与安全管理措施展开研究，为相关主体提供借鉴。
Abstract
In recent years，the number and scale of tunnel constructionprojects of water conservancy projects in China have shown an obviousupward trend.In order to give full play to the expected purpose of tunnelconstruction of water conservancy projects，high attention shouldbe paid to construction quality and safety management.Under thisbackground，in order to promote the level of tunnel construction ofwater conservancy projects in China to achieve the expected purposeof construction，this paper conducts research on tunnel constructionquality and safety management measures of water conservancy projectsand provides reference for relevant subjects.
