摘要
本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验与学习认识，首先简单分析了建筑领域中节能增效，科技创新是第一生产力的概念与重要性，介绍了建筑企业科技创新的新认知、新举措、新保障。科学技术通过促进生产力发展、促进人与自然协调发展和推动人与社会的协调发展体现出科学技术在构建和谐社会中的经济价值、生态价值和人文价值。
Abstract
Based on the author’s own practical work experience and learning knowledge，this paper first briefly analyzes the concept andimportance of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement in the construction field，and introduces the new cognition，new measures andnew guarantee of scientific and technological innovation in construction enterprises.Science and technology embody the economic，ecological andhumanistic values of science and technology in building a harmonious society by promoting the development of productive forces，the coordinateddevelopment of man and nature and the coordinated development of man and society.
