摘要
本文在分析工业 5.0 时代铁路货运面临的新形势和新问题的基础上，提出了新时期铁路货运服务应树立的新思想新理念，并且基于上述铁路货运新理念，从业务需求挖掘、业务渠道拓展、服务能力提升和服务质量改善等几个方面，提出了深入挖掘工业 5.0 时代提高铁路货运服务水平的新举措。
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the new situation and newproblems faced by railway freight in the industrial era of 5.0, this paperproposes new ideas and concepts for railway freight services in the newera, and based on the above-mentioned new concept of railway freightforwarding, expands from business demand and business channels.Withregard to the improvement of service capabilities and improvementof service quality, we have proposed new measures for deepening theindustry 5.0 era to improve the level of rail freight services.
