摘要
随着科技发展，城市化进程的加快，我国许多农房已经不再满足人们的需求，急需要更新和改造；同时，越来越多的城市人口回归农村开发民宿、农村旅游等项目自发进行农房的特色改造。但农房更新改造在北京市乃至全国都是一个新起的项目，具有针对性地研究较少，可参考的范本也较少。本文从建筑学的角度，针对于农房单体本身，归类我国农房改造现状类型，分析农房特色改造案例，总结出一套较为普遍的农房特色改造设计策略，作为农房特色改造设计的参考。
Abstract
With the rapid development of technology and the acceleration ofurbanization , the old model of rural housing in China no longer meet theneeds of the people. At the same time, more and more people in city goback to the countryside to be close to the nature or manage family inns.It is a high time to renew the old rural housings. Since the renewal ofrural housing is a fresh topic in Beijing, even in China, the transformerscan hardly find any targeted researches nor model references. This paperfrom the view of architecture itself, classify the types of rural housingreconstruction in China, analyze some outstanding rural housingreconstruction cases, list a set of common features for rural housingreconstruction design as a reference.
