摘要
为满足工艺布置的要求,工业厂房对大空间的要求越来越高。对于某些大跨度钢结构厂房,一般柱和梁截面已无法满足它的高度和跨度的要求,需要采用格构柱和桁架梁来满足大空间的要求。本文以某垃圾焚烧发电工程厂房为例,通过对格构柱支撑大跨度空间交叉桁架钢结构厂房计算研究,形成合理框架结构体系及布置形式。通过计算分析总结此类场地地震条件下格构柱支撑大跨度桁架钢结构的抗震设计方法。通过对其进行风荷载作用下分析验证此种结构抗风性能,尤其找到此种结构的薄弱点、受力机理及破坏机制等,为以后此类设计优化打下基础。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of process layout, therequirements of industrial plants for large space are higher and higher.For some steel structures with large span, the general column and beamsection cannot meet their height and span requirements, and latticecolumn and truss beam are needed to meet the requirements of largespace. This paper takes a waste incineration power plant as an example,and forms a reasonable frame structure system and layout through thecalculation and study of the building with crossed large span truss girdersupported by lattice column. The seismic design method of large spantruss steel structure supported by lattice columns under seismic conditionsof this kind of site is analyzed. The wind resistance of the structure isverified by the analysis under the wind load, especially the weak points,stress mechanism and failure mechanism of the structure are found, whichlays a foundation for future optimization of the design.
