摘要
交叉渡线无砟道岔在国内地铁项目应用较多,大多采用“支墩法”进行施工,一次浇筑施工的案例相对较少,采用减振型交叉渡线道岔仅杭州地铁采用过,在高速铁路无砟轨道隧道内有无砟道岔施工的案例,但减振道岔没有这方面的成熟经验。香港地铁交叉渡线道岔大多分成五个部分分别组织施工,即四组单开道岔和中间的菱形部分,施工进度缓慢,文章结合香港高铁830项目铺设的1组1/4.5无砟交叉渡线和1组1/3.4无砟IST道床结构交叉渡线道岔施工实践,结合香港高铁特殊施工环境,开发配套工装,研究开发了交叉渡线减振道岔一次精调、一次浇筑施工技术,提高了工程质量,缩短了建设工期,总结的高速铁路交叉渡线减振道岔施工工艺、作业方法、技术要求,可供类似工程参考。
