随着不动产工作的深入推进开展，对于不动产登记测绘工作的新技术应用正在不断的创新发展，一些新技术正在不断地涌现出，这些新技术为不动产登记工作带来了新的发展方向。只有我们在进行不动产测绘工作中对这些新技术进行正确的认识，明确其技术的特点以及特有的价值，让这些新技术在不动产测绘工作中能够进行科学、有效、合理、规范的使用，从而提高工作开展的效果，确保测绘的精准度。
