保护历史文脉的城市更新——以上海哥伦比亚公园为例
Urban Renewal Respecting Historical Context: A Case Study of Shanghai Columbia Park

摘要
伴随着城镇化进程的推动，城市更新也在不断盘活老旧城区的经济以及风貌，推动着城市持续性发展。本文认为城市更新中的老旧建筑代表了历史文脉的传承，应该予以保护和活力活化，并以上海哥伦比亚公园为例，简要论述了上海历史建筑传承的园区定位、业态分布策略，探求对于老旧历史建筑以及街区的活力再生问题的思考。
Abstract
With the advancement of urbanization, urban renewalhas followed the whole process of urban development. Urban renewalhas continuously revitalized the economy and style of the old urbanareas and promoted the sustainable development of the city. Thispaper proposes that the old buildings in urban renewal represent theinheritance of historical contexts, and should be protected and activated.Taking Shanghai Columbia Park as an example, this paper elaborateson the park positioning and business distribution strategies of Shanghaihistorical buildings. Reflections on the old historic buildings and thevitality of the neighborhood.
