摘要
施工企业要走出一条管理模式合理、产业不断升级的发展之路，需要结合实际项目，加强BIM技术在项目中的应用和推广。项目要遵循规范、合理的实施方法和步骤，做好BIM技术的项目实施工作，通过积极项目实践，不断积累经验。
Abstract
Construction enterprises should go out of a road ofrational management and continuous upgrading of the industry, andneed to combine the practical projects to strengthen the applicationand popularization of BIM technology in the project. Projects shouldfollow the norms, reasonable implementation methods and steps, doBIM technology project implementation work, through active projectpractice, continue to accumulate experience.
