中低速磁浮轨道精调施工技术研究及应用

针对北京S1线中低速磁浮轨道交通示范线磁浮轨排特点,设计了轨道基础控制网,研究开发了适应磁浮轨排的‘F’型导轨精调标架,实现了磁浮轨道数字化精调,总结形成成套施工技术,并成功应用于北京S1线中低速磁浮轨道精调施工,可供类似工程借鉴。
Research and application of medium low speed maglevtrack fineadjustment construction technology
Aiming at the characteristics of the magnetic levitationrail platoon of the demonstration line of Beijing S1 line, the trackfoundation control network is designed, the “F” type guide rail preciseadjustment bench adapted to the magnetic levitation rail platoon isdeveloped, the digital fine adjustment of the magnetic levitation track isrealized, and a complete set of construction technology is summarized,which has been successfully applied to the precision of the medium andlow speed maglev rail platoon of Beijing S1 line. The construction canbe used for reference by similar projects.
