摘要
铁路工程项目的精细化管理有利于提升工程建设质量和整体建设水平，本文在阐述铁路工程精细化管理内容的基础上，结合实际工程项目，分析了目前铁路工程项目精细化管理现状及存在的问题，通过成本、质量、工期、安全及环保五个方面提出了铁路工程项目精细化管理的措施，期望为工程管理人员提供借鉴意义。
Abstract
The refined management of railway engineering projects is conducive to improving the quality of engineering construction and theoverall construction level.Based on the detailed management content of railway engineering，this paper analyzes the current status and problems ofrefined management of railway engineering projects based on actual engineering projects.Through the five aspects of cost，quality，constructionperiod，safety and environmental protection，the measures for the refined management of railway engineering projects are proposed，which areexpected to provide reference for engineering management personnel.
