摘要
2017年，南京市开始“第三卫生间”在5A级景区的试点工作，将已有的部分景区卫生间升级改造为家庭卫生间，以解决老人、小孩、残疾人等特殊群体在景点使用厕所不方便的问题。本文通过对南京市部分建造完毕的第三卫生间进行实地调研的结果以及对政府相关单位和社会群体等的采访总结得出南京市第三卫生间在起步阶段的建设和管理情况和问题，并针对问题尝试向政府部门给出相关建议。
Abstract
In 2017, Nanjing government begins to upgrade part oftoilets in 5A-level scenic spots to ‘Unisex Toilets’, in order to helpthose who have trouble to use the restroom when traveling, ranging fromthe aged, children and disabled people. This essay draws a conclusion onthe situation and issues of the construction and management of the unisextoilets in Nanjing from the results of the field research and interviewswith the related departments of government and various social groups.Finally, this essay gives some constructive suggestions on those issues.
