摘要
党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代，而推动开展工程建设全过程咨询是适应建筑业新时代改革发展的新要求，未来的工程监理行业是多元化，差异化的发展。要实现监理企业的转型升级，科学技术是基础。科学技术改变着工程建设管理模式，改变着监理行业。随着BIM技术在建筑行业的逐渐普及，施工方、监理方甚至业主方都开始使用BIM技术来改进自己的工作，本文以天津周大福金融中心项目为例，介绍了BIM管理流程、BIM技术在监理各环节工作的应用方法、BIM应用总结等，并对监理企业BIM人才团队的建设进行了一些思考和展望。The19thCPCnationalcongressproposedthatsocialismwithChinesecharacteristicshasenteredanewera,andthepromotionofwhole-processengineeringconsultationisanewrequirementforthereformanddevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryinthenewera.Thefuturedevelopmentofengineeringsupervisionindustrywillbediversifiedanddifferentiated.Meanwhile,scienceandtechnologyarethefoundationtorealizethetransformationandupgradingofthesupervisingenterprise.Scienceandtechnologychangesthemanagementpatternofengineeringconstructionandthewholesupervisionindustry.WiththegrowingpopularityoftheBIMtechnologyintheconstructionindustry,constructioncompaniesandsupervisingcompaniesandeventheownerhavestartedapplyingBIMtechnologytoimprovetheirworkingmethods.Inthispaper,weuseTianjinChowTaiFookcenterprojectasanexampletoillustrateBIMmanagementprocess,theapplicationofBIMtechnologyineachlinkofthesupervisionandBIMapplicationsummary,etc.Also,thispapergivessomethoughtsandprospectsontheconstructionofBIMtalentteaminsupervisionenterprise.
